It contains the following key layers:
Abrasion Resistant Layer: Thickness 1.2-1.5mm, treated with TPU technology, with maple texture printing layer on the surface, the abrasion resistance reaches commercial grade (≥5000 rpm), which can withstand high-frequency friction such as sharp stops and turns in basketball.
Stabilization layer: glass fiber mesh cloth or polyester mesh layer, effectively reducing the floor shrinkage and deformation, prolonging the service life.
Buffer layer: single pore closed PVC foam layer or high-density copolymer, shock-absorbing rate of 50%-60%, can absorb the impact of the athletes when landing, to protect the joints.
Adsorption subfloor: diamond-shaped structure enhances the adhesion with the ground, preventing hollow drum.
Applicable Scene:
Suitable for professional basketball gymnasiums, school gymnasiums, community activity centers, etc., especially suitable for environmentally friendly and cost-sensitive places.
Installation requirements
Grass-roots treatment: the ground needs to be level (drop ≤ 2mm/2m), dry (moisture content ≤ 8%), no oil, it is recommended to use self-leveling cement leveling.
Construction conditions: temperature around 15℃ (below 5℃ or above 38℃ will easily lead to poor curing of glue), humidity 20%-75%.
Installation method:
Suspension type: quick laying, suitable for temporary sites, but need to reserve expansion joints.
Adhesive type: using polyurethane or epoxy resin special adhesive, strong bonding, suitable for long-term use.
