This PVC volleyball court floor features a colorful gemstone pattern, enhancing both aesthetics and slip resistance and traction. In volleyball, players jump and land with a high frequency of motion, making the flooring material’s shock absorption and rebound capabilities crucial for this sport.

Rebound Rate: ≥90%. This parameter ensures the floor provides sufficient reaction force after an athlete’s jump, reducing energy expenditure and allowing players to perform at their best; it also reduces the impact on joints upon landing. The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) certification standards explicitly require volleyball court flooring to have a rebound rate of 90% or higher to ensure consistent athletic performance.

Shock Absorption Performance: ≥53%. The flooring can absorb more than half of the impact force upon landing, effectively reducing the risk of knee and ankle injuries for athletes.

Made with high-purity PVC resin and abrasion-resistant particles (such as alumina), abrasion resistance ≥20,000 revolutions (Taber abrasion test), scratch-resistant and wear-resistant.

Double Fiberglass Layer: 0.1mm
Prevents deformation and warping caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

High-Density Foamed Cushioning Layer: 6.0mm-8.0mm
Provides core elasticity and shock absorption, with foam density controlled at 0.35g/cm³-0.45g/cm³, balancing elasticity and support.

Backing Layer: Enhances the floor’s compressive strength, ensuring flatness after installation.
