PVC Flooring For Basketball Court Blue Maple 1323B
Traditional basketball courts often feature yellow maple tones. Blue maple, with its low-saturation blue base and distinct wood grain, creates a unique color palette for basketball venues. The texture is pressed into the PVC surface through a multi-layer coating and scraping process. The finished product boasts a clear and uniform grain, with a repeatability of ≤5% per square meter.
This blue maple pattern can also be used in indoor futsal flooring, satisfying a variety of sports needs.

Product Features
Constructed from 100% pure virgin PVC, the floor’s “high-temperature plasticization + cold-pressing” process creates a wear-resistant surface layer with a thickness of 1.2-1.5mm.
It can withstand 200 daily occupants and has a service life of 8-12 years. The foam layer utilizes a closed-cell foaming process, achieving an impact absorption rate of 28%-35%, reducing knee and ankle impact by 40%.
The middle layer features a double-layer fiberglass mesh, combined with longitudinal reinforcement, ensuring thermal expansion and contraction of 0.2mm/m·°C or less. This prevents warping and bulging due to temperature fluctuations, ensuring no noticeable movement when athletes change direction.
Suitable for the following indoor basketball courts:
Campus gymnasiums (4.5-5.0mm thickness)
Commercial arenas and training centers (6.0-7.0mm thickness)
Multi-purpose event halls (5.0-5.5mm thickness)
Maintenance
Remove surface dust daily with a dust mop and dust-retaining agent, focusing on areas like the three-point line and free throw line.
Perform a deep maintenance treatment every three months to remove stubborn surface stains and shoe marks.
For special stains such as oil and offset printing, wipe with a designated cleaning agent.
