Outdoor interlocking flooring is the surface material for sports fields in the fourth generation of sports flooring. The finished product is a modular interlocking system that can be directly installed on a cement or asphalt base surface without the need for adhesive. Each floor panel is connected using a unique interlocking mechanism, making installation extremely simple and allowing for easy disassembly.

Made from mature high-strength polypropylene eco-friendly materials, it effectively addresses thermal expansion and contraction issues while maintaining stable surface friction. UV-resistant additives are incorporated into each tile, ensuring the flooring does not fade under prolonged sunlight exposure. The suspended structural design combined with robust reinforced support legs provides vertical shock absorption. The slip-resistant surface effectively prevents sports injuries. Excellent ball rebound performance and ball speed ensure the floor’s outstanding athletic performance. It is ideal for installing high-performance basketball courts, tennis courts, five-a-side soccer fields, roller skating rinks, table tennis courts, and multi-purpose courts for volleyball, badminton, and more.

Features:

The flooring primarily uses eco-friendly polypropylene (PP) material, which is non-toxic, odorless, waterproof, moisture-resistant, bacteria-free, and environmentally friendly. PP material is food-grade, ensuring safety and hygiene.

The latest wear-resistant layer design ensures that the sole stays firmly in contact with the ground, providing anti-slip properties and enabling the transmission of strong athletic power. The floor surface has been specially treated to match the brightness of the lighting, avoiding light absorption and glare.

The ball rebound rate reaches 95%, with a sliding friction coefficient of 0.52.

The mesh pattern design ensures that even at a floor height of 13mm above the ground, rainwater is quickly drained away.
