Commercial Heterogeneous Vinyl Flooring
Commercial vinyl heterogeneous flooring is a multi-layered structure typically composed of four to five laminated layers, including a wear-resistant layer, a printed film layer, and a fiberglass layer. It is also called composite flooring.

Dimensions
Roll widths typically range from 1.5 meters, 1.83 meters, and 2 meters, and roll lengths range from 7.5 meters, 15 meters, and 20 meters.
Total thicknesses typically range from 2mm to 3mm, making it widely applicable.
According to the EN 649 standard, wear resistance is categorized as T, P, M, and F. T is the highest wear resistance, as exemplified by our Dongxing commercial flooring with 2.0 and 3.0mm thicknesses.
Performance Standards
Abrasion resistance: EN 660.2 abrasion loss ≤ 2mm³. Suitable for use in locations with daily traffic exceeding 1,000 people, such as shopping malls and airports, with a service life of 10-15 years. Slip Safety: Wet friction coefficient ≥ 0.5 (DIN 51130 R9), improving anti-slip performance in wet areas by 40%.
Fire Resistant: Class B1 flame retardant (GB 8624), emits no toxic gases during combustion, and has a smoke density of ≤50, superior to solid wood flooring (smoke density ≥200).
Environmental Protection: Utilizes a new generation of phthalate-free plasticizers (such as Trioflor), resulting in near-zero TVOC emissions and FloorScore and Greenguard Gold certifications.
Installation and Maintenance
Floor Preparation: Flatness tolerance ≤ 2mm/2m, using self-leveling cement screed. Humidity leveling: ≤ 7% (tested with a moisture meter).
Glue Selection: Use environmentally friendly acrylic adhesive, apply 300-400g/m², and allow 15-30 minutes for dryness to the touch. Joint Preparation: Coil flooring should be welded using a hot air welding torch with a weld strength of ≥200N/cm. After trimming, use a dedicated cleaner to remove any residual adhesive.
Dust daily with a neutral detergent and an electrostatic mop. Gently scrub stubborn stains with a nylon brush. Avoid using strong acids or bases.
Regular Maintenance: Wax every 2-3 months (use 100-150ml/m² of water-based wax). Increase this to monthly for high-traffic areas to restore the surface gloss and extend its life.
