Acrylic outdoor pickleball flooring is a water-based acrylic resin surface material specifically designed for outdoor pickleball. It is composed of core components such as acrylic resin, high-quality pigments, natural quartz sand, and weather-resistant curing agents, and is applied to hard surfaces such as cement and asphalt through a multi-layer coating process.

The most significant advantages of this material are: Compared to commonly used PVC materials and custom-printed flooring, this acrylic material offers better wear resistance and ball rebound.

1. Excellent weather resistance: It can withstand direct sunlight, rain immersion, and wind and sun exposure for extended periods without fading, cracking, powdering, or blistering.

2. The surface uses a quartz sand-mixed coating with a special texture, maintaining grip even in wet conditions.

3. Rich colors and flexible customization: Due to the acrylic material, any color can be mixed, and the color is highly durable.

Installation method: Cement base strength ≥ C25, flatness ≤ 3mm/2m, moisture content ≤ 8%. Apply a special acrylic primer, typically 1-2 coats, each coat weighing 0.15-0.2 kg/m², with a drying time of ≥4 hours per coat (25℃, 60% humidity).

The topcoat and standard site planning are handled by our Dongxing Plastics factory. Users simply need to install the pre-made pickleball flooring on the ground.

After construction, allow it to cure naturally for 7-10 days (25℃, 60% humidity). During this period, avoid foot traffic, rain, and heavy object pressure to ensure the flooring is completely dry and its performance is stable.
